We would require the following to change the bank account: 

  1. The last three months bank statement of the new account
  2. Hardcopy of the DDA form for both the original bank account and the new bank account*

Kindly note that the receiving account has to be one of the company's bank account

If you require a blank copy of the DDA form, it can be found here. Please ensure that the bank and branch code portions are filled in correctly

*We understand that some customers would prefer the direct debt be pulled from their secondary account. As such, we will pull funds from the secondary. If there are no funds in the secondary account after two pulls, we will inform the customer before pulling funds from the main account.
